Chillies eaten regularly can prevent illness related to the heart, cholesterol, arthritis, and other problems. It is said to be great blood cleanser warding off and equalizing blood circulation, increasing the heart action, but not the blood pressure. It also inhibits up 75% of all bacteria. Chillies is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron and calcium.
